Here’s to hoping we stick to our 2011 Grocery Goal! Below is what’s on our menu this week:
Monday – Chicken Parm (WW Recipe) – from freezer
Tuesday – Wanchai Ferry boxed meal – Orange Chicken
Wednesday – Tuna Casserole
Thursday – Leftovers
Friday – Breaded Tilapia
Saturday – Turkey Dinner with family
Sunday – Macaroni Grill meal from box – chicken fettuccine
Sides will be frozen veggies, salad, or roasted veggies (whatever we have on hand)
For weekday breakfasts we have:
oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit
For weekends:
Scrambled eggs, homemade banana bread (WW Recipe), omelets, and fruit
Lunches for DH are typically leftovers from dinner, fruit, chips/snacks, etc. For me, I will likely have tuna salad, fruit, yogurt, carrot sticks and dip, homemade sugar free/fat free pudding, soup, etc.
